What a week! This year’s World Travel Catering Expo (WTCE) is over and we, the LSG Group, had a great time with our customers, visitors, team, supporting service providers and all of the others who played a part in making this year’s WTCE an outstanding success. Hamburg was a great experience for us!
At the expo, we presented our brand new booth and the feedback we received was really positive! It was pretty obvious that the audience liked the colorful concept, the cozy atmosphere and – of course – the great food our Culinary Excellence team prepared for our guests.
Following this year’s concept, “WHEN partners MEET passenger needs”, our visitors were able to ‘meet’ Tek, Natalia and Shawn at the LSG Group stand. Not sure who Tek, Natalia and Shawn are? Well, they are not actual living people. These three “people” are general passenger profiles that we have defined to represent the main lifestyles of typical passengers. They portray how the LSG Group works with consumer insight and passenger profiles to design the products and services that are really needed on board.
This year’s concept was built upon the major success of last year’s ‘meet their needs’ campaign. The products displayed at the booth took the visitors on a variety of journeys, following different travel segments, consumer lifestyles and travel types. The displays covered all of LSG’s competencies from pre-order technology to lounge services and exciting new equipment to inflight entertainment.
We really appreciate the time our guests spent at our LSG Group booth and enjoyed every minute with you.
