In 2018, we reached new horizons with our Culinary Excellence team. Not only did they deconstruct and reimagine traditional dishes (and cocktails, even!), for the first time ever, you could go behind the scenes with our chefs and watch as they plated 12 extraordinary dishes.
From a Chaat platter reminiscent of the streets of India to a healthy Licorice dessert for FlyYourVeda, and even to a Boeuf Bourguignon dish frozen with liquid Nitrogen, the LSG Group Calendar 2018 explored some new lands together with our chefs from Asia Pacific, Latin America and Europe.
