What do you get when a chef from Germany, France, South Africa and Estonia come together? 12 stunning dishes representative of our international network at the LSG Group.
Under the guidance of Chef Jörg Hofmann, Director Culinary Excellence LSG Group, our team of four chefs worked with Marion Spotswood, Marketing Event Manager LSG Group, to conceptualize and create #perspectives, a visual and culinary experience that shows how unique the LSG Group is.
Not only do our chefs present a new spin on all types of dishes, from frozen to first class, #perspectives hopes to showcase how our chefs from all over the world collaborate with their distinct ideas and experiences. As Marion said: “Our colleagues from all over the world contributed their different ideas, which are reflective of their companies and countries, and all of it was cooked here in Frankfurt in a studio.”
Our 12 motifs are brought to you by Jörg Hofmann, based in Neu Isenburg, Mathieu Castex, LSG Group Executive Pastry Chef for the Europe region, and two of our very own students from the Global Culinary Excellence Academy: Nkosi Mduduz, Senior Sous Chef in South Africa, and Ivari Kuiment, Head Chef in Tallinn – both of whom are from EMMA.
