At the WTCE 2016 in Hamburg, Germany, we took our visitors on journeys with some typical passenger profiles we have developed. Here you can see our ideas for Natalia on her short-haul, buy-on-board flight for her girls’ weekend away.

Who’s Natalia? Natalia is the passenger profile we developed to represent the ‘Natural ‘n’ Local’ lifestyle, which is one of three major lifestyles we see globally. She’s into sustainable, handcrafted products, likes choice and flexibility and loves shopping!
