Consumption Analytics: From waste to wisdom

How can an airline serve meals that passengers love and save food waste at the same time? The LSG Group’s new technology Consumption Analytics provides the answer. With the help of artificial intelligence (AI), trays returning to the factory are automatically and analyzed to determine what has been eaten or not fully consumed.
