For a rural experience, I would go to Choi Lung Restaurant. They use locally grown seasonal products. I kind of like the idea of having food that is grown within just a few miles of the area. If you are looking for more of a VIP treatment, Fook Lam Moon is the way to go. The Maxim’s outlets serve great Dim Sum, too.

For a great open-air spot, WooloooMooloo Bar is where I quite often go. They have a full bar, great drinks and quality wines by the glass. To top it all off, it also has a fabulous city view.
