November: Be spoiled for choice with the Chaat platter

And what better way to show it off than with this Chaat Platter that’s filled with crispy, authentic finger bites?

This month, Chef Walter D’Rozario has put together a medley of finger-licking snacks that were inspired by the streets of North India. The Chaat platter presents an array of crispy snacks, featuring the dahi poori as its main star. The crisp flour shells have been flavored with sweet chutneys and are filled with chick peas, promising an explosive bite of flavor every time. Served alongside flour crackers and spiced potato patties, the finishing touch on this vibrant platter is the drizzling of Aloo Tikki, a yoghurt mint sauce that brings all the spices together.
