Neu-Isenburg, Germany – The LSG Group has signed an agreement with Osaka-based AAS Catering to provide technical assistance services for their inflight catering business. The agreement will come into effect on June 1, 2017.
AAS Catering’s core business is the provision of inflight meal services in Kansai Airport, but the company also provides ground catering services. The Kansai Airport facility produces up to 25,000 meals per day to customers including Lufthansa, Emirates, Korean Air, KLM, Air China and Hainan Group Airlines. Kansai Airport, located in Osaka Prefecture, is one of the country’s major international hubs with an annual passenger volume of 23 million.
Based on its profound operational experience, global standards and industry-leading quality system, the LSG Group will provide general advice and training in airline catering business and operation.
