LSG Sky Chefs Extends Contract for Lufthansa First Class Lounge in Munich

Neu-Isenburg, Germany – LSG Sky Chefs has successfully extended its existing contract for the operation of the Lufthansa First Class Lounge in Munich Airport, Terminal 2. Additionally, the company was able to win the contract for the new Lufthansa First Class Lounge in the Munich satellite terminal. The new building is scheduled to open in April 2016. Under these contracts, LSG Sky Chefs, the world’s largest provider of in-flight services, continues to provide management, service and food production for the lounges.

The Terminal 2 lounge, with an area of 860sqm, opened in August 2007. Since then the Munich team has provided premium products and services to Lufthansa First Class passengers and HON Circle members.
