I am glad you liked the story. Let me point out that we provide Japanese specialties out of a number of stations all over the world, not only in Frankfurt. So there is a good chance that you may get served an authentic Japanese meal on any flight to Japan.

I’ve never had sushi or sashimi on a plane, but I would certainly look forward to the day I do. Maybe I just need to book a flight to Japan.
